History
In June 2009, of SPAN Idaho Region 6 was re-formed in the Pocatello area. An earlier effort to begin a chapter in Region 6 ended when the leaders chose to focus on a bereavement group only.

Activities
Regular meetings are held the 3rd Friday of each month at 12:00 noon at Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello, Bannock Creek Classroom (basement of the west campus hospital). Please bring a brown-bag lunch to the meetings.
